Hello there! My name is Alejandra Negrete and I am a Certified Health Coach with a Culinary Arts and Medical Interpretation background. I understand the power of process and accountability. In my previous position, I was responsible for a team of wellness coaches who oversaw the progress of over 500 clients a month. I was also responsible for creating and servicing new protocols to help clients achieve different health levels. It would be a pleasure to help you achieve your goals.
Hi there! My name is Sandra Gabriel and I am a licensed massage therapist certified in many types of massage therapies. My massages include Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, light stretching, and a combination of everything. I am also certified in aromatherapy, prenatal massage, salt stones, and lymphatic drainage and a few other modalities. I find joy in helping clients feel better and providing them with the best experience I can provide for them!
Fitness and Self-Defense
I was born in Brazil and have been active in both fitness and martial arts my whole life. I have training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and basic self-defense training for children, women, and men. My passion is to help any client who comes to me as a source of motivation, to be their coach to push them when they need me, and to be their training partner. My mission is to help all of my clients succeed and nothing less!
My name is Aaron Mitchell and I began studying martial arts at the age of 5 with Isshin Ryu Karate. Since then I have studied several arts such as Kung Fu, Brazilian Ju-jitsu, and Krav Maga. Most extensively, Muay Thai, Judo, and Yoshitsune Japanese Jujutsu. I have been studying Muay Thai since 2011, under several different Khrus (coaches). I have also had the honor to briefly train with the Legendary fighter and coach from Thailand, Jongsanan “The Woodenman” Fairtex; 2 x Lumpinee Champion 2 x ISKA World Champion IKF Champion. Martial arts is a very active part of my life since childhood. I love to train in different arts and to be able not only improve myself as a martial artist but to help my clients learn as much knowledge about self-defense as a art for combat and as a sport. You will become more fit, focused, confident, and disciplined. My mission is to provide constant value to all of my clients and to be able to give them all of the tools necessary in order for them to maximize their potential to succeed!
