Personal Training at Our Gym Location
Training Packages
* To add on an extra session outside of default packages is at the regular rate per hour depending on training package.
** 10% family discount is applied for family members who train together.
***Online training classes will be an extra $5 less per session for each training package.
****These training packages are for fitness and martial arts (self-defense) training. All other services such as yoga, nutritional counseling, and massage therapy are on an individual basis and client will have to discuss prices directly with our team.

Training at Your Personal Location/Gym
Anything within 15 minutes from our gym facility is the same price as “Training at Our Gym Location” for all training packages.
Anything more than 15 minutes away is a custom based quote with trainer depending on time and availability.
Looking for a
Trial Run?
One (1) time ONLY session at our gym location: $75 per hour, per person. This option is available for clients who wish to try out the Program before committing to a training package. One-time training sessions outside of our gym location or more than 15 minutes away from our gym will have a custom based quote depending on travel, time, and availability.
